Hi, I intend to buy a Nintendo 3DS XL

Is it possible to launch games via an R4 or something else
On DS the name was R4, now I don't know I'm a bit lost with all the nintendos xD

The dsi is a sham. There were very few real dsi games and those rare games don't work on a linker, same as 3ds games

La dsi est une fumisterie. Il y a eu très peu de vrai jeux sdi et ces rare jeux ne fonctionne pas sur un linker au même titre que les jeux 3ds

You maybe just don't have the card updated to the latest firmware ... I don't know this card very well but try anyway

T'as peu être simplement pas la carte à jour dans le firmware ... Je connais pas très bien cette carte mais essaye toujours

and put it in my MicroSD which is in my R4 3DS

On my DS Lite the R4 works but not on my 3DS

What's on your linker? Look on the site, it shows you the different labels. You need to get the kernel matching your label and therefore your linker's version. Then if it doesn't work, you can bring it back at that point.

Il y a quoi sur ton linker? Regarde sur le site il te montre les différentes étiquettes. Tu dois prendre le kernel en rapport à ton étiquette et donc a la version de ton linker. Ensuite si ça ne fonctionne pas, là tu pourra le rapporter.

For them it's dead for firmwares and unluckily I have 2 of them and the worst part is that for Easter my son got the game luigi mansion 2 with a nice 3DS update that comes with it ... here I am with 2 3DS with firmware 4.5.0.9 and 4.5.0.10 and the acekerd doesn't work anymore ... No luck, I'll keep searching a bit online but I think it's dead now! All that's left is to buy a DSTWO or an R4! [/End off topic]

I 200% agree with your rant. I'm in the same situation moreover on LS they're talking about the latest 5.0.0-11 3ds update which would plug a flaw that was still in development. Maybe we'll get a release. ^^' wait and see ^^'

I searched until 3am last night and apparently the only card that would allow getting past the 5.0.0.11 UPDATE would be the R4! All that's left is to order an R4! I also read that the hitch with the acekard isn't that the team isn't looking anymore but that it would be a direct hardware issue with the card ... A new acekard coming? No idea but in the meantime, I strongly advise against buying an acekard!

J'ai cherché jusqu’à 3h du mat hier soir et visiblement la seule carte qui permettrais de passé la MAJ 5.0.0.11 serais la R4 ! Reste plus qu'as commandé une R4 ! J'ai pu également lire que le hic avec la acekard ne serais pas que la team ne cherche plus mais ce serais un soucis hardware directement de la carte ... Une nouvelle acekard à venir ? Aucune idée mais en attendant, je déconseille fortement d'acheter une acekard !
