PS3 Slim 320 GB question

good evening what can I install on my ps3 slim 320 go version 4.30 model cech 2504b.
without cracking it if possible I'd prefer because I'd like to put mods to play multiplayer online.
on gta4 and call of duty black ops there and if we can avoid putting a chip.
it's just for mods nothing else maybe with a save I don't know.
I think that rank 10 on gta4 that works maybe well that's it.

so for example for the game gta4 the mods are for modifying the car color being invincible it's about being able to modify everything when you play online it's lobbies I think otherwise without those mods you play the game normally online.
there's modmanager 1.2 and doctor x clan scripts for gta4 they're mods for gta4 then I don't know how to put them on the ps3 320 go and if it's even possible I don't have a link for it either.

en fait exemple pour le jeux de gta4 les mods c'est pour modifier les voiture la couleur etre invincible c de pouvoir tout modifier quand tu joue en ligne c'est des lobby je crois sinon sans c mods tu joue normale a se jeux en ligne.
