Need help for 3DS games on R4i 3DS card

Hello

My daughter got the 3DS XL for her birthday. We then bought her an R4i SDHC 3DS card.
I downloaded the "linker" (I think that's what it's called), as well as a 3D game. It doesn't work at all! If I put in a "normal" game it's recognized however not the 3D ones
I tried with several linkers but still the same problem

Can you help me solve my problem?

Ma fille a reçu la 3DS XL pour son anniversaire. Nous lui avons ensuite acheté une carte R4i SDHC 3DS.
J'ai téléchargé le "linker" (je crois que c'est comme cela que ça s'appelle), ainsi qu'un jeu en 3D. Ca ne fonctionne pas du tout ! Si je mets un jeu "normal" il est reconnu par contre pas les 3D
J'ai essayé avec plusieurs linker mais toujours meme problème

Pouvez vous m'aider à résoudre mon problème ?

or you haven't put the files correctly at the root of your sd card.

Si l’écran de la console reste bloqué sur « Loading » ou Menu? en dessous, c'est à dire que peut-être vous n'avez pas téléchargé le kernel officiel de www.r43ds-r4igold.com
ou vous n'avez pas mit les fichiers correctement sur la racine de votre carte sd.

Just for info you haven't downloaded the linker because the linker is the cartridge you bought. What you've downloaded should be the kernel or the firmware

Juste pour info tu n'as pas téléchargé le linker car le linker est la cartouche que tu as acheté. Ce que tu as téléchargé dois être le kernel ou le firmware
