DSi error on dashboard

hello,

I just got back my nephew's dsi which boots correctly to the dashboard, but as soon as you want to connect to games, the camera or the dsi channel etc..., I get a black screen with the message:

" an error has occurred press and hold the power button ...."

I have no access to anything at all

Have you already seen this problem and is there a possibility to do a hard reset (if so what's the procedure)?

je viens de récupérer la dsi de mon neveu qui boot correctement sur le dashboard, mais dès que l'on veut se connecter au jeux, a l'appareil photo ou chaine dsi etc..., j'ai un écran noir avec le message :

" une erreur est survenue appuyer longuement sur le bouton power ...."

Je n'ai accès a rien du tout

Avez vous déjà vu ce problème et y a t'il la possibilité de faire une hard reset (si oui la manip a faire ) ?
