New and R4advance Revolution

hi to everyone who can help me and happy new year to all
so I've tried for a long time to put certain games on my r4advance revolution but even with wood it doesn't work, does anyone have the solution?
thanks in advance it's for my daughter
I think I'm not doing the right things but anyway thanks for helping me

look again on the box or the linker's label, there's a web address. Give that so we can be sure to get a correct answer
