WUP Installer (Spoofing 5.5.0 and data installer)

2026 update: this topic dates from 2015 and the tools have changed since. The up-to-date method is in our tutorial Wii U with Aroma in 2026: installing your games, Pretendo online, Bloopair and the best homebrew.

Crediar has released a tool for firmware 5.3.2.
It allows spoofing the latest firmware to date and installing update data without going through the console's internet connection.

The tool allows you to:

- Play online in all games
- Update all games
- Keep the kernel and webkit exploit

I) Spoof the firmware (for Wii U PAL)

1) Download this pack 2) Extract it to the root of an SD card formatted as FAT32

3) Start the Wii U (making sure you have blocked updates, see our tutorials if you haven't done so already)

4) Insert the SD card

5) Launch the Wii U's internet browser

6) Enter this address: 7) If the exploit launched properly, the Home menu will kick in

8) Go back to the internet browser and re-enter the address

9) If the exploit launched properly again, the Home menu will kick in

10) Return to the Wii U menu and wait 10 minutes

11) Turn off the Wii U

12) On restart, your Wii U's spoof will be properly installed

Note: If the console offers an update, let it download.
Once it offers to install it, turn off the console.
On restart, the update will not install.

II) Install game updates

1) Download this program: 2) Let the program update itself

3) Select the game and the region that matches your console then click "Download" and wait for the download to finish

3) A folder is created containing the update

4) Rename this folder to "install"

5) Copy-paste this folder to the root of the SD card (make sure there isn't already an install folder present).

6) Start the Wii U

7) Insert the SD card

8) Launch the Wii U's internet browser

9) Enter this address: 10) If the exploit launched properly, the Home menu will kick in

11) Go back to the internet browser and re-enter the address

12) If the exploit launched properly again, the Home menu will kick in

13) Return to the Wii U menu and wait 10-15 minutes

14) Turn off the Wii U

15) On restart, your Wii U's update will be properly installed

Crediar a publié un outil à destination du firmware 5.3.2.
Il permet de spoofer le dernier firmware en date et d'installer des données de mises à jours sans passer par l'internet de la console.

L'outil permet :

- De pouvoir jouer en ligne à tous les jeux
- Mettre à jour l'ensemble des jeux
- Garder l'exploit kernel et webkit

I) Spoofer le firmware (pour Wii U PAL)

1) Téléchargez ce pack 2) L'extraire au root d'une carte SD formatée en FAT32

3) Démarrez la Wii U (en vous assurant d'avoir bloqué les mises à jours, voir nos tutos si c'est pas déjà fait)

4) Insérer la carte SD

5) Lancez le navigateur internet de la Wii U

6) Entrez cette adresse : 7) Si l'exploit s'est bien lancé le menu Home s'enclanche

8) Retournez à nouveau sur le navigateur internet et re-entrez l'adresse

9) Si l'exploit s'est encore bien lancé le menu Home s'enclanche

10) Retournez au menu Wii U et attendez 10 minutes

11) Eteignez la Wii U

12) Au redémarrage votre Wii U le spoof sera bien installé

Note: Si la console propose une mise à jour, laissez-la se télécharger.
Une fois qu'elle en propose l'installation, éteignez la console.
Au redémarrage la mise à jour ne s'installera pas.

II) Installer les mises à jour des jeux

1) Téléchargez ce programme : 2) Laissez le programme se mettre à jour

3) Sélectionnez le jeu et la région qui correspond à votre console puis cliquez sur "Download" et attendre la fin du téléchargement

3) Un dossier se crée comportant la mise à jour

4) Renommez ce dossier en "install"

5) Copiez-Collez ce dossier au root de la carte SD (Assurez-vous de n'avoir pas de dossier install déjà présent).

6) Démarrez la Wii U

7) Insérer la carte SD

8) Lancez le navigateur internet de la Wii U

9) Entrez cette adresse : 10) Si l'exploit s'est bien lancé le menu Home s'enclanche

11) Retournez à nouveau sur le navigateur internet et re-entrez l'adresse

12) Si l'exploit s'est encore bien lancé le menu Home s'enclanche

13) Retournez au menu Wii U et attendez 10-15 minutes

14) Eteignez la Wii U

15) Au redémarrage votre Wii U la mise à jour sera bien installée
