Quick reminder:
Preloader is a hack of the wii menu. Explanation: It takes the place of the system menu, and using a file named hacks.ini, it lets you either launch the normal system menu or with hacks, or the homebrew channel, or a predefined homebrew. You can go back to the preloader menu by pressing select at your wii's startup.

New features:
- Added support for SDHC cards
- Added a new option: "return to", "return to autoboot" settings
- Code cleanup for fat SD cards
- Fixed a bug preventing the "return to preloader" option from working
- Removed the online update
- Its installation now requires the system menu's IOS: If it's equal to or greater than 60, it uses the ES_DIVerify patch
- In the hack.ni database, you can find the version for wii 4.2 of all regions

for info, there's no preloader 0.30 available for download, only a changelog, even though there is indeed a hacks.ini for 4.2.

knowing that in the changelog there is:
- Removal of the update over the net
it's surely not through this route that it will be offered (even for beta versions).
