cIOS PACK V2!

je vais tenter mais d abord je doit me mettre en 3.2

I haven't noticed any difference from version 1. I haven't noticed any improvement in loading speed (test done with mario power tennis and sport challenge), as for the black screen I had it and still have it on my backup of house of the dead overkill. As for errors 001 and 002 I had already removed those by disabling the ios reloading option of preloader 0.28. I couldn't test dual layer backup (I don't own one). Lastly the multigame backups. As with version 1 of cioscorp it's only recognized and only launches the first game.
I wonder if in the end this version is only valid, just like cios36rev08, for wiis equipped with a modchip.

Je n'ai remarqué aucune difference avec la version 1. je n'ai pas constater d'amelioration concernant la vitesse de lecture (test effectué avec mario power tennis et sport challenge), pour ce qui est de l'écran noir je l'avais et je l'ai toujours sur mon backup de house of the dead overkill. I was wondering if I can safely install the ciospack V2 given that for now I'm using wiigator's good old gamma backup loader ...


I was also wondering if, when I launch an original game from the disc channel, whether the update contained in that game will run before the game???

you can install it since you need at least rev7 installed, since you use the backup launcher gamma you've already installed it, however you need to be on firmware 3.2.

for updates you need to block them with the preloader or starfall and there too you need to be on 3.2.

tu peux l' installer puisqu' il faut au minimum le rev7 d'installer, comme tu utilise le backup launcher gamma tu l' a déjà installé par contre il faut que tu sois en firmware 3.2.

pour les mise à jour il te faut les bloquer avec le preloader ou starfall et là aussi il faut être en 3.2.

yes my console is on 3.2, all that's left is to install starfall (luckily I have a gamecube controller)
the ciospack V2 (not easy to find apparently) and it's all good then!

I'm not sure but I think you can launch NGC backups from the disc channel thanks to this CIOSPACK! (not owning a GC backup, I couldn't check.)

my SSBB dual layer backup finally works
for Madworld black screen at startup going through the disc channel (ok with the gamma launcher)
my need for speed undercover no longer shows error 002


however:
three wads from the pack aren't modified?

mon backup SSBB double couche fonctionne enfin
pour Madworld ecran noir au demarrage en passant par la chaine disque (ok avec le launcher gamma)
mon need for speed undercover n'affiche plus erreur 002


par contre :

Great, it works, all the v2 cIOS installed without a problem with the cIOSCORP, and quite fast too.
However compatibility isn't total, one game doesn't show up in the disc channel but that might be related to where it's from (US version of madworld)?
But for that kind of issue, I'll keep the backup loader handy, or rather the backup loaders counting the one for gamecube.

Super, ça marche, tous les cIOS v2 se sont installés sans problème avec le cIOSCORP, et assez vite en plus.
Par contre la compatibilité n'est pas totale, un jeu ne s'affiche pas dans la chaine disque mais ça c'est peut-être en rapport avec la provenance (version US de madworld) ?
Mais pour ce genre de problème, je vais garder le backup loader sous la main, ou plutôt les backup loader en comptant celui pour gamecube.
