WIIFLOW Forwarder on Black Wii

Hey! I'm going to ask a very stupid question but... how do I install the Wiiflow forwarder? I stupidly forgot... when I go into WAD MANAGER, it offers me several IOS to install it with, unfortunately I don't know which one to pick (yes, the Forwarder really is on the Wii, all the files are in place, it's just the install that's confusing me a bit)... afraid of messing something up, I'd rather ask you, in case you'd know which IOS I'm supposed to pick to install it.

I should mention I did the install with "SciiFii" in Offline mode, so I'm probably missing some IOS...

The wii is a black wii on 4.3E.

Well, a black wii is the same thing as the white and red one when it comes to hacking.
