PopsExtractor 1.1 by Zero1ne will let you extract the files needed for Team Pro's Popsloader.

Credit where credit is due, this utility is an update of Yoshihiro's PopsExtractor from Team Gen.
This utility has multiple advantages. Unlike New Psar Dumper, it lets you dump several firmwares at once. Then, it only extracts the necessary files, and places the decrypted files directly in the POPSLoader folder, in the corresponding subfolder (the 5.50 files will thus be placed in the ms0:/seplugins/popsloader/modules/550 folder). So the utility lets us save a lot of time.

Since files from firmware 4.01 are needed, even if we don't intend to use POPS, the utility will refuse to run a decryption if the eboot for that firmware isn't present on the memory card. Note that if you want to run a new decryption after a first pass, it will again be required, the presence of the files doesn't change the requirement to have this eboot.
Installation:
The decryption of the eboots will happen automatically (but will be blocked without the firmware 4.01 eboot).
Usage:
Download the firmwares you want to decrypt;
Get the eboot for these (PSP/GAME/UPDATE/eboot.pbp);
Rename these as follows: xxx.pbp, xxx referring to the firmware number written without the dot (firmware 6.20 will thus give 620.pbp, 4.01 will give 401.pbp, etc.)
Place these eboots at the root of your memory stick;
Make sure to always have the firmware 4.01 eboot.
