Cubicle Shooter V0.7
ThatOtherPerson gives us a demo of his upcoming FPS game called Cubicle Shooter. External content (video or audio) hidden: it sets its own cookies.
For now, gravity isn't taken into account and there's no goal to the game.
This is only a technical demonstration.
changelog V0.7
You can now shoot other players in split screen multiplayer (still no player death but you get pushed back when shot).
You are taller now. You can crouch back to your previous shortness by holding down the right analog stick. You automatically crouch when there isn't enough room to stand.
Enemies in multiplayer will approach the nearest player (they would previously only follow player one).
Enemies no longer spawn inside the cube at the start of the game so you wont encounter them until you blast through the wall (It was beginning to feel a little bit too crowded).
The kill counter has been replaced with a score system. You get 10 points each time you shoot a cubicle dweller. The scores are tracked separately for each player.
textured stars onto the sky.
Set a limit to how deep you can dig into the ground (the limit is fairly deep and I don't expect it will be a problem for anyone).
Fixed the scope in multiplayer.
Some improvements to performance.
V0.6
- The game's crash issues should normally be fixed.
- Added a 2 player mode with split screen
- Added a menu system
- Added the ability to save a screenshot (the screenshot will be saved on any USB storage device connected to the console)
- It is now possible to shoot chairs (they won't break but will be pushed)
- Added computers (same treatment as chairs)
- You can now shoot as soon as you press R1, no matter how long since your last shot (so you can shoot quickly by repeatedly pressing R1)
- Jumping now only happens when you press X (holding the X button will not cause repeated jumps)
- Removed the triangle button which reversed the view.
V0.5
- Improved frame rate.
- The number of enemies has gone from 25 to 100.
- Added movable seats.
- Added a loading screen.
- Added many camera movements
- Increased fire rate.
- Fixed the width of 2D elements (on-screen text and crosshair).
- Changed save handling. Your old saves will no longer work on this new version.
- By holding the Triangle button you can split the screen into 2 parts. The bottom half lets you see what's happening behind you. This is a feature that may or may not be kept but serves as a test for a possible future multiplayer mode.
Configuration:
- the left analog stick to move
- the right analog stick to aim
- R1 to shoot
- X and /\ to go up / down

V0.6
Configuration :
- le stick analogique gauche de se déplacer
- le stick analogique droit pour viser
- R1 pour tirer
- X et /\ pour monter / descendre
