Today we're going to explain how to test your internet ports and how/why to close them!
First let's start with a bit of vocabulary
What is a Port?
A communication channel for computers connected in a network.
(So that all computers connected to the Internet can communicate with each other, a transfer standard called TCP/IP was developed. Here, it is a protocol, as data formatted for a network (the Internet) that can be transferred. TCP/IP does not depend on the operating system at all. So different operating systems can communicate together.)
Now let's get to the heart of the matter, first make sure you have good PC protection (if you're not sure head here )
