Problem with my supercard DS ONE

Hello I have a big problem I wanted to play my ds again yesterday with my linker (supercard ds one)
but it wouldn't work it shows the ds menu and apparently doesn't detect the card
I tried formatting the microsd to try other FWs but it still doesn't work I have the impression that it's the card but I'd like the experts' opinion

PS: I saw that the October 2011 law makes linkers illegal in france which means nobody sells linkers anymore?

Yes it's illegal to sell linkers in france but some sites ship them from holland or poland so no worries.

So a ds, or a dsi?

you can format your sd with panasonic sd formatter, that way we'll be sure your sd is properly formatted.

If it's a ds, look with a flashlight if the contacts in the cartridge slot are bent.
You can clean the contacts with a cotton swab and alcohol.

Over time the cartridge slot tends to widen and it's enough to put a thin piece of cardboard behind the linker so the contact is made.

Check by inserting an original cartridge, see if it works.

Otherwise your linker might be dead.

Oui c'est illégal de vendre des linkers en france mais certains sites les expedie de hollande ou de pologne donc pas de soucis.

tu peu formatter ta sd avec panasonic sd formatter , comme ça on sera sur que ta sd est bien formatée.

Si c'et une ds , regarde avec une lampe de poche si les contact dans la fente d'insertion des cartouches ne sont pas plies.
Tu peux nettoyer les contact avec un coton tige et de l'alcool.

Avec le temps le logement des cartouches a tendance à s'ecarter et il suffit de mettre un bout de carton fin derrière le linker pour que le contact se fasse.

Verifie en mettant un cartouche originale , ça fonctionne.

Sinon ton linker est peut etre hs.

and when I put the microsd in it makes a little "crack" sound like something's getting crushed or something

it's not the microsd because I had tried with my 8gb microsd sdhc and it didn't work either so it's the linker that's the problem

well in the end I ordered the R4 SDHC for 7 euros from the site I mentioned in my previous posts because I think my card is simply dead lol

bon et bien finalement j'ai commencé le R4 SDHC pour 7euros chez le site que j'ai mentionné dans mes précédents post car je pense que ma carte est tout simplement morte lol

I tested 14, 15 (supercard dsone, dsone SDHC) but nothing works, makes you think it really is the card that's dead but the software is really useful

you need the original kernel which you'll find on google, start your card then update, that should do it

il te faut le kernel d'origine que tu trouveras sur google, lance ta carte puis met a jour, cela devrais etre bon

because yesterday I tested with my portable's 8gb microsd sdhc, put the files and everything and it didn't work either
