PS3Vecx WIP

PS3Vecx WIP Sdw has released a 1st version of his Vectrex emulator project for PS3.

Image unavailable (removed by its host) The project, named PS3Vecx, is still in the development phase but remains usable in its current state. For now the sound part isn't implemented, nor is the ability to set the path containing the ROMS (a few games have been hard-coded into the code).
