[UPDATE] Downgrade of the PS3key team online

The PS3key team, to whom we owe the famous dongle, has just informed us internally that the PS3key downgrade is working.


As always, the firmware is available in the private area of the official site.

WARNING: As we recently learned, playing blu-ray movies after downgrading your ps3 is made impossible, this is due to the modified 3.41 firmware. Indeed it contains a bug that developers are trying to fix.

To avoid this, the method is simple, downgrade your console to firmware 2.10 or below, the procedure is the same except that firmware 2.10 isn't modified so it's official. After that you just need to install via the XMB the unmodified retail firmware 3.41 that you'll easily find on the Internet, the same for 2.10.

Don't take a firmware above 2.10 because you'll be forced to temporarily swap the HDD (until you've upgraded the ps3 to 3.41) because the console locks up when retrieving data.

This test was carried out on a 60Go model so if you want to try on another model than that one it's at your own risk.

ATTENTION : Comme nous l'avons appris récemment, la lecture des films blu-ray après avoir downgradé sa ps3 est rendu impossible, ceci est dut au firmware 3.41 modifié. En effet celui ci contient un bug que les développeurs tente de corriger.

Pour éviter cela, la méthode est simple, downgrader votre console en firmware 2.10 ou en dessous, la procédure est la même sauf que le firmware 2.10 n'est pas modifier donc officiel. Apres ça vous avez juste à installer par le biais du XMB le firmware 3.41 retail non modifié que vous trouverez facilement sur Internet, de même que pour le 2.10.

Ne prenez pas de firmware au dessus du 2.10 car vous serrez forcé de changer le HDD temporairement (le temps d'avoir upgradé laps3 en 3.41) car la console bloque lors la récupération des données.

Ce test a été effectué sur un modèle 60Go donc pour ceux qui veulent tenter sur un autre modèle que celui ci c'est à vos risques et périls.

c'est fait et dispo sur le site officiel!!!!!!!!!!!! ,bon je fait la mise a jour en usb avec la maj 3.50,je me tape un petit gt5 que je gratte a mon frére,ensuite un nfs ht et je downgrade en 3.41 lol.
