original config

I have a ps3 with ps3key, I'd like to go back to a stock config (to play online) I saw that you can get banned from PSN following a jailbreak!
how do I make the console clean? do I change the HDD? do I format it? do I do the update?

I'm in the same situation as you, for now you won't be able to do anything, the only solution is to buy another ps3.

even if you go through formatting the hdd + updating to 3.50, the logs are recorded in the console's internal memory. and you risk getting banned (console + psn account).

Je suis dans le même cas que toi pour le moment tu pourras rien faire la seul solution est d'acheter une autre ps3 .

même si tu passe par le formatage du hdd + maj en 3.50 les logs sont enregistrer dans la mémoire interne de la console . et tu risque de te faire bannir (console + compte psn) .

because for reselling the console it could be a problem for some people!

Well listen, apparently there hasn't been a ban, you'll be able to update your console (format and restore your profile if you've already made a backup on an Hdd). sony is still lenient for now, normally once you install a new firmware there won't be any more traces.

Bah écoute a priori y a pas eu de ban tu pourras mettre a jours ta console (formate et restaure ton profil si ta déjà fais une sauvegarde sur un Hdd ) . sony reste clément pour l'instant , normalement quand tu installe un nouveau firmware y aura plus de traces .
