PSGroove Hermes V4B

Hermes offers a fix version of what should be the final version of the sources of his modified payload allowing, among other things, the launch of backups without a game in the drive, a fix for games not detecting the controller, support for Homebrews in /apps_home/PS3_GAME similarly to a USB/HDD drive connected on /dev_usb000/PS3_GAME...etc

News/fixes:

Spoiler

- raw2payload: replaced "r" and "w" with "rb" and "wb" in fopen. This caused problems when compiling the V4 sources on Windows.
- Added port1_config_descriptor.h and port1_config_descriptor.bin from the initial V4 (which only contained the .S file)

The archive contains the HEX files for the main AT90-based boards as well as for the TI 84.
