However, which version of MIOS should be installed?

I tried the 6 but it crashed, so I fell back on the 5, but in the end I don't know which is better.

you need to get the Mios v8, put it at the root of your sd, and launch it with waninkoko's Custom MIOS rev 01 program

ah yes I just saw that on his site but that will be for his future homebrew (which supports multigame)
I think the backup launcher on its own only reads single games

on the links you gave, we have the choice of download network or wad, I do network but it doesn't offer the version of mios we want to install?

your wad, the mio v8, is found in the game Disaster: Day of Crisis, you extract it with wiiscrubber

hi so I have a small problem, not serious but a bit annoying, after installing the mios v8 I launch the backup, already pal60 doesn't work and all my pal gamecube backup games which are supposed to be in french are in english

can you help me set them to french, I've tried everything but nothing works, the games are still in english

It's great, last night I tested Mario Party 7 (PAL) and it works, and I also tested Mario Y Amigo (PAL) which is MultiGame

so Multigame games work very well, there's the info
