Hunterm released a program to manage the Wii's SD card, Homebrew Card Manager.
You can do a couple things with it (transfer files, download homebrews...).
Image unavailable (removed by its host) The application Be careful you need the .NET Framework 4.0 to run it!
You can download it here.There are 3 versions. If you don't know which one to take, take the 1^st!

Version 2.2:

Notepad++ has been replaced by Notepad2, which is better for noobs.
Added a tool to manage its applications.
Updated credits.

Version 2.1:

Fixed the launching of Notepad++.
Fixed the creation of the apps folder.
Download as self-extracting .exe or as .zip.

no way to install it, despite having .net framework 2 present
has anyone managed to get it to work?
Edit: it's fine, it works with framework version 4

Yeah actually I was wrong

But well framework 4 is only in beta (planned for Visual Studio 2010), he could have coded with 2 or 3!
I'm updating with 2.0!
