re-upped by me the cios pack v2fix+cios 60 BF basically all for v4 (careful with the install)

ré-up par moi du cios pack v2fix+cios 60 BF en gros tous pour la v4 (attention a l'installation)

Why be careful with the install?

Pourquoi attention à l'installation ?

Because you need to install first the patched IOS, then CIOS60BF last.

...and because after all, the brick risk stays very present with this install.

Parce qu'il faut installer d'abord les IOS patchés, puis le CIOS60BF en dernier.

...et parce qu'enfin, le risque de brick reste très présent avec cette installation.

That's craaap I installed Preloader before cIOS Scorp on 4.0E ... I'm too scared of bricking my Wii :/

I know from experience, installing CioPack after Prelaoder causes a semi-brick... but if you reinstall Prelaoder afterward, everything goes back to normal

Je le sais pas expérience, l'installation du CioPack après le Prelaoder provoque un semi-brick... mais si tu réinstalles Prelaoder après, tout rentre dans l'ordre

Also, is CiosCorp on Wii 4.0 safe or not???


Currently I have a Wii 3.2U with CiosCorpv2fix with HB channel and StarFall

What's the procedure to follow to go to 4.0 and be sure not to brick... I'm a bit confused here

there's been a lot of bricking with the CIOS60BF install

il y a eu beaucoup de brick avec l'installation du CIOS60BF

Plus, CiosPack doesn't work great under 4.0. most games don't get through.
I'm not saying I regret installing it, but CiosPack isn't worth the risk involved
Lately, nothing beats a good USB hard drive and Waninkoko's USB loader


On the other hand, firmware 4.0 with channels on its SD is really great

En plus, le CiosPack marche pas des masses sous 4.0. la pluspart des jeux ne passent pas.

You'd need to install preloader 0.29 before and after.

Faudrait installer le preloader 0.29 avant et aprés.
