Autoboot Wad Manager ISO

But what is it? Autoboot Wad Manager ISO is an ISO (an image to burn onto a DVD), created by Tichinde925 (anyone could have done it ), which, once burned, lets you launch Wad Manager 1.3 without going through the disc channel, directly by turning on the Wii if you have cioscorp or a chip on your Wii!!. It's very useful if you're afraid of bricking your Wii, for example with a CSM . Once downloaded, all you need to do is extract the RAR archive with software like WinRAR or 7-Zip, then burn the ISO file for your Wii with burning software like IMGBurn.

Mais qu'est-ce que c'est ? Autoboot Wad Manager ISO est un ISO (image à graver sur un DVD), créé par Tichinde925 (tout le onde aurait pu le faire ), qui permet, une fois gravé, de lancer Wad Manager 1.3 sans passez par la chaîne disque, directement en allumant la wii si vous avez le cioscorp ou une puce sur votre wii !!. C'est très utile si vous avez peur de bricker votre Wii, par exemple avec un CSM . Il vous suffit, une fois téléchargé, de décompresser l'archive RAR avec un logiciel comme Winrar ou 7-zip, puis de graver le fichier ISO sur votre wii avec un logiciel de gravure comme IMGBurn.

Well in case of a brick, by launching Wad Manager directly, you'll be able to install the IOS directly, so replace the ones that don't work anymore and everything runs flawlessly again

Of course, Wad Manager's autoboot will only be effective if the IOS the homebrew needs isn't damaged... In that case, that would really be bad luck, but hence the usefulness of having several remedies against bricking!
But I think the cIOSCorp can work even if some of its cIOS are damaged (to be verified!). If your Wii is bricked and you have Starfall + cIOSCorp + twilight hack on your Wii, you can launch your Zelda backup with Starfall! and thus downgrade your Wii!

Bien sûr, l'autoboot de Wad Manager ne sera efficace que si l'IOS dont l'homebrew a besoin, n'est pas endommagé... Dans ce cas la, ça serait vraiment pas de chance, mais d'où l'utilité d'avoir plusieurs remèdes contre le brick !
Mais je pense que le cIOSCorp peut fonctionner même si certains de ses cIOS sont endommagés (à vérifier !). Si ta Wii est brickée et que tu as Starfall + cIOSCorp + twilight hack sur ta Wii, tu peux lancer ton backup de Zelda avec Starfall ! et donc downgrader ta Wii !

No, actually when you install a CSM it's a modification of a file that's in the systmmenuv290.wad (for the 3.2 PAL version), if the system menu is damaged, you won't be able to launch the preloader or the wii menu if I understood everything correctly ^^ so, if you no longer have a systemmenu or if it's damaged, the disc launches thanks to one of the IOS found on the wii, the CSM doesn't touch any IOS so there you go ^^
It's an extra security measure

PS: that's what I understood, if it's wrong, correct me but I think you can still launch the preloader if you brick the system menu with a CSM

Non , enfête quand t'installe un CSM c'est une modification d'un fichier qui est dans le systmmenuv290.wad ( pour la version3.2 PAL ) , si sont system menu est endomagé , tu pourra pas lancer le preloader ni le menu wii si j'ai bien tout compris ^^ donc la , si ta plus de systemmenu ou si il est endomager , le disque se lance grâce à un des IOS qui se trouvent sur la wii , le CSM ne touche à aucun IOS donc voila ^^
C'est une sécurité en plus

PS: c'est se ke j'ai compris si c'est pas sa , rectifier moi mais je cros qu'onpeut quand même lancer le preloader si on brick le system menu avk un CSM

that one, I've already tried it to unbrick my wii, because of a bad flash of "cSM",
conclusion: it didn't work, so I relaunched with the gamecube controller with "starfall"
result "disc error" something like that ^^

conclusion: ca n'a pas marcher, donc j'ai relancé avec la manette gamecube avec "starfall"

It's mainly for chipped Wiis, mostly for Wiis with a tamper-proof drive. If you have one of the very first Wiis and you've installed a cIOS (Waninkoko, Crediar or others) you can also use it! ^^ So don't worry (unless your Wii has neither cIOs, priiloader, BootMii in boot2, nor a chip)

C'est pour les Wii pucées principalement pour les Wii au lecteur inviolables. Si tu as une des toutes premières Wii et que tu as installé un cIOS (Waninkoko, Crediar ou autres) tu peux aussi l'utiliser ! ^^ Donc ne t'en fais pas (sauf si ta Wii n'a ni cIOs, ni priiloader, ni BootMii en boot2, ni puce)
