[Resolved] Newer Super Mario Bros.Wii in ISO

Hello,

I've come to ask for your help to convert my NSMB.wbfs into Newer Super Mario Bros...

Despite Google translating the readme.txt included in NewerISOBuilderPack_v1.02_dmm.zip, I haven't managed to do it

If a kind soul would be willing to help me

Nothing simpler, your wbfs file's name must contain the game's ID6, so SMNP01 for the PAL version.
From there, damysteryman's script will do all the work.

Little tip, choose wbfs for the output format, it seems the iso crashes.

I just came to test the game: it gets stuck after creating a save: "Hold the Wii remote horizontally"

I must have missed a step.

In a folder named "NewerISOBuilderPack_v1.02_dmm" (extracted from the archive of the same name) I have:
2 folders: "patch" and "wit"
2 files: "Build_Newer.bat" and "readme.txt"
to which I added a "NewerSMBW" folder (which contains the Newerfiles/..... folder (extracted from "NewerSMBW.zip") as well as "SMNP01.wbfs"

I run the .bat: space then 0 (autodetect), 2 (wbfs), 2 (save different from NSMB), 1 (to say "ok")

Every time I get "the specified path was not found" for "Tilesets", "TitleReplay" etc...

it's not as simple as I thought (or I'm even more useless than I was willing to admit)

Edit 7:41pm:
my mistake is with a wrong "NewerSMBW" folder:
Once the "NewerSMBW.zip" archive is extracted, open "NewerFiles" and take the folder named "NewerSMBW" (which is with "riivolution" and "Install instuctions") and place it at the root of the "NewerISOBuilderPack_v1.02_dmm" folder....

Ha, when you're not gifted....

It's not that you're not gifted, it's Windows' simple features that produce complicated results.
