USB loader doesn't work

hello I just installed usb loader gx and when I launch usb loader to read my games every time I go back to the home page where homebrew and usb loader are
could someone help me fix this problem please

Your cIOS 249 and 250 are moldy and you're missing IOS 236.

d2x v10 => cIOSX d2x v10 beta r52 + r53 alt
IOS 236 => IOS236 Installer v6

And to do it properly, use version r1209 => USB Loader GX V 3.0
