[RESOLVED] Mario and Luigi RPG 3

Hi!

Does anyone have an idea to get Mario and Luigi RPG 3 USA working on an R4??
Because with both the JAP and USA versions, the screen freezes either at file selection, or there's a black screen after choosing the file

me too I can't get past the save selection screen. I have a rather old linker, it's the M3 Slot 2.
does anyone have a solution?

Lol yeah I know but before mario rpg, all my games worked fine so if I can avoid buying a new linker for just 1 game that would be better.

Anyone got a solution??

otherwise what's the best linker in terms of compatibility right now?

The perfect linker doesn't exist, if you're planning to buy a new linker I'd recommend the ones compatible with the DSi (in case you intend to get one).
Personally I have an EZ Flash Vi which is very good

)
But there are other linkers that are just as good like the Aceckard2i, the M3i Zero... and so on.

Otherwise as for your question about buying a new linker, I'd actually recommend it strongly since slot-2 linkers are rather outdated while slot-1 linkers are better.

But it's up to you to decide but the game working isn't guaranteed.
